On Site Engineering

Our engineering teams at QCI have extensive engineering capabilities with both large and small engineering tasks. Each has at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. They are knowledgeable in the following software packages: RSLogix 5000 ▪ LabView ▪ Visual Studio ▪ OrCAD ▪ MultiSim ▪ PCB Geda. They are also knowledgeable in the following operating system languages: C++ ▪ C ▪ MFC ▪ PHP ▪ Assembly ▪ Ladder Logic.

With their extensive capabilities they can handle all types of design issues from revamping an old system to handling the layout and design of massive wastewater systems. This in house engineering capability ensures that are customers will always be given the most options and best advice in designing and implementing the best technologies to solve their problems and address all their concerns.

Field Service, Programming, and Startup

Our technicians come to QCI with many years of experience in the design and programming of control systems in the water and wastewater industry. Their experience includes a variety of platforms including Allen Bradley PLCs, RSView/FactoryTalk, Siemens products, Wonderware, as well as, other third party platforms.

Well-seasoned and intuitive programmers, proficient in multiple programming platforms provide QCI with the ability to provide our customers with the right equipment and the knowhow to ensure proper installation and maintenance. Their expertise includes the ability to handle all aspects of startup and integrating various control components into larger SCADA networks. They are experienced control system designers and have been included in several large projects. In addition, they have installed and programmed many telemetry systems involving radio and other communications methodologies. Together they provide QCI and our customers with an invaluable tool for ensuring quality at every step of the process.
