VerderGPM has been formed from the heritage of two established companies, GPM Pumps, of Macon, Georgia, USA  and the Verder Group of the Netherlands. The mission of the new company is to specifically serve the requirements of fluid handling customers and their specific applications throughout the Americas with world class pumps.  Verder Group, now in its 51st year, is both a diversified manufacturer of fluid handling, laboratory and process equipment as well as a global distributor of process equipment for a range of the world's finest specialized manufacturers.  GPM Industries of Macon Georgia, and its subsidiaries have been servicing the requirements of customers in Georgia for over 20 years. GPM Pumps, a division of GPM Industries, has been the master distributor for the Verderflex peristaltic pump and Alfa Laval tri lobe pump since the year 2000.
